Description

Parse chromosome, start, end, strand from the BED/EPT name. The BED name is generated by ‘PISA annotate’.

Usage

ParseBED(object = NULL, assay = NULL)

Arguments

object Seurat object
assay EPT assay. Default is current actived assay.
